Hey ya everyone!!! Marteyn!!! My best roommate ever!!!

Wow, years have passed since those kibbutz times, but the memories are still living in mind... wonderful days, indeed.

It's really nice to have a place where you can go to remember..this site is great for that.

The only thing which makes me really really sad, is that we all got so far from each other, eventhough we were such great pal there. Which makes me to conclude that in the End finally you just loose everyone around you. Nevermind.

Just a few 'Hello' to everyone:

-Tamir! How's shooting going? Are you the champion yet?
-Danny, you drunk Australian! Be good to everyone, like you were good to us!
-Graham,if you ever happen to read this: please, if you had found the answer to the question, what's the purpose of being, don't hesitate to drop a mail on me...
-The English Bastards(Martin, Liam,Rowan): guys, it just still amazes me how could I answer to most of your questions in the first few weeks..but whatever you think, I DID understand you later on!!!!
-Thomas: hellooo, my best pal in the bananas!! Whazzup mate? what are you up to these days? School or work? Or tavelling maybe? Write me one day...
-And At Last, But Not At Least: MARTEYN
You know, in the evenings nowadays, when I lay down in my bed, and start thinking of pictures of days gone long ago, sometimes I still start to talk to you..
Those usual 'evening conversations' we always used to have in the dark, hard, misty and magical nights I still miss. Well, I manage somehow.
Buddy, tell me how can I post my own story and pics to you!

-I kiss all the sweedish - and also the non sweedish- girls I met at Tel Katzir. (Galit, I hope you're doing very very fine, 'cause you are one who deserves it!!)

And if anyone from the kibbutz reads this (not you Tamir, you don't count! smile
I'd like to thank all of you for your hospitality. It was great to get a taste of your life.

Caio my friends. Hope one day I see you all again.

B.Zsolt ,Banana Robot, Hungary

PS: Marty! Remember Maya? Guess what! She's coming here, to Budapest, to visit me, and -in her own words- to kidnap me! I can't tell how excited I am!! Write soon pal! custom smiley

Great!, it took me a while, but i managed to transfer the messages from the old guestbook to this new baby.

Some may appear at a rather strange place - they were probably replies to other messages. I decided not to have threads anymore in the guestbook. That's more stuff you expect on a forum. A guestbook should be flat in my opinion.
So now, all messages are just sorted by date.

Woo-Hoo!!
My Kibbutz Page is finally back online!!!

I dumped the old guestbook - i decided it wasn't very suitable for this website - and instead i wrote one (this one!) myself!!

If you have any comments regarding this guestbook, or my website, please send me an email (click on Contact Me in the menu) or post it here.

Yes I am the scottish bloke who shared a room with Nolan and the English guy Ben.
Ben left after about 3 months while Nolan and I stayed on.
I have since lost touch with most of the volunteers who stayed there at the time.
Nolan, last I heard, was living and working in Norway with his girlfriend Anna.
What has been happening on the kibbutz since?

It's bad news to read for disapearing this site in february. Why?
Our daughter Nicole Lenz, Sami and grandchildren lives in Tel Katzir and in the future I can't show my friends anymore what a peacefull place she (and all of you) are living in.
My wife Mariah and I hope that you will find a solution to stay with the site.
Greetings from Holland,
Maria and Ser Louis

Dear friends, visitors

I have some very sad news. This website is, unfortunately, going offline at the end of February. The host, f2s.com will discontinue their free service and since i'm only a poor student, i won't be able to pay for it.
I hope to find some other place to put my website, which won't be easy as it requires a hosts, which has to support PHP4 and MySQL.

I'll keep you informed

MaRTy

What's up? We're current students in a program here at Tel katzir doing work in the bananas and garden/construction. Thanks for the cool game CATS! We'll have to try that. The disco is gone now, but we have lots of fun playing soccer and hanging out with the kibbutzniks. We recommend this Kibbutz if you want to visit sometime. Take care. Baptistim.
